Terms and Conditions:-

Allotment will be done by draw of lots under Affordable Plotted Housing Scheme. All non-successful applicants, shall be refunded back the booking amount within 30 days of holding the draw of lots.
Once the applications relating to allotment of plots in the project, are received by the Company, the same shall be scrutinized. Scrutiny of applications shall be completed by the Company. Applications found to be ineligible shall be returned along with the Registration Amount (Rs. 11,000/-) received from such applicants. No interest shall be paid in such cases.
Only such Applications shall be considered for draw of lots which are complete. The list of such successful allottees shall also be published on this website.

Cancellation and Refunds:-

A waiting list shall also be prepared during the draw of lots who can be offered the allotment in case some of the successful allottees are not able to provide documents as per the scheme published in the advertisement. All waiting and non-successful applicants shall be refunded/credited back the Booking Amount within 30 days of holding the draw of lots. Only such Applications shall be considered for draw of lots which are complete and which fulfill the criteria given under the scheme published. For project related specific queries, you may see ad published inviting application from prospective allottees.

How To Apply

  • Choose the project from the 'LIVE' on the home page
  • Click on 'Project Scheme Details'
  • Check all the approvals, licences, layouts, floor plans, location and other specifications of the selected project
  • Click on 'Apply Online'
  • Fill the form completely and click on 'Submit and Pay' at the bottom of the form
  • You will be taken to the payment page, where you need to fill in some details and need to select the mode of payment from the available options as per your preference. Then click 'Make Payment', enter OTP and your registration is done
  • You will get the registration confirmation and application number via text/email
